The Johari Window Framework for self awareness is crucial, as it helps in critically reflecting about my strengths and weak points. My plan to improve includes performing regular self reflection, seeking feedback from others and setting measurable goals and comparing performance against it. Managing self and others An episode of interpersonal conflict was during a disagreement with one of my colleagues over the priorities of the project. As a result of this, the mood was spoiled throughout the meeting. The feeling was not very good and I realised the need to resolve the issue at the earliest. The management approach that would be highly effective is to use active listening, and the improvement plan is to remain quiet and calm during such situations in group work.
