Assume the role of a strategic analyst and consultant to various stakeholders in the South African transport sector. In an essay of approximately four pages, apply some of Boeing’s strategic thinking to plan to establish an electric vehicle sub-sector in the larger South African transport sector.
Important note: The question does not expect you to do an analysis of the Boeing case study. You may, however, reference pertinent and applicable areas of the case study, as they apply to your narrative.

Assume the role of a Senior Human Resource Manager in your organisation. The organisation recently appointed a young specialist as a general manager in a small division of the organisation. The young specialist completed her degree cum laude at a reputable university and believes that the only thing that matters in the workplace is hard work. ‘Work, work, work’ is her motto.
Required:
In an essay of approximately four pages, explain to this newly appointed general manager why it is important for managers to understand how individuals function in an organisation. Your essay should cover the full spectrum of the individual within the context of an organisation. Provide practical examples from your organisation to demonstrate the points you are trying to make.
Question 4 (25 marks)
Analyse and interpret the financial performance of Stadio Holdings Group for 2024. Apply at least five ratios and a description of the key performance areas (KPAs) from both a management and shareholder perspective.

Traditional management approaches differ significantly from humanocracy, and an analysis of key differences between them with practical examples is performed as follows:
Key areas in humanocracy:
The key concept of humanocracy indicates that this particular approach to management emphasises empowerment over control. Decision making authority is distributed across all levels. This approach also supports meritocracy over hierarchy whereby the promotion of employees is done on the basis of talent and contribution and not on the basis of seniority or position. This approach also encourages meaningful work and intrinsic motivation.
Traditional vs Humanocracy:
It is different from traditional management in the sense that the structure in traditional management is hierarchical whereas it is flat in humanocracy, decision making is top down in traditional management whereas it is distributed in humanocracy.
